मेरी पहली रेल यात्रा, लॉक डाउन के बाद दिसंबर 2020 को आनंद विहार दिल्ली से रीवा मध्यप्रदेश । यहाँ मैं ऐसे संत से मिला जिन्होंने कई वर्ष मेरे यहाँ पर, नजदीक मंदिर पर बिताये, लेकिन अब इस स्थान को छोड़े बहुत समय बीत गया कई वर्ष हो गए, आज वो समय आ गया जिसके कारण मैं मिलने गया और सात  दिन का वक़्त दिया , साधारण से लोग है यहां पर, अपनी खेती पर ही निर्भर रहते है जो भी आजीविका मिलती है उससे ही अपनी  ज़िंदगी का निर्वाह करते है, गरीब है लेकिन दिल  में बहुत सम्मान है प्रेम है आदर है, इस समय को मैं हमेशा याद रखुगा ! वहा पर एक ऐसा चिड़ियाघर भी देखने को मिला, जहां पर सफेद बाघ देखने को मिले  #indianrailway​ #mukundpur​ #rewa​ #anandvihar​ #lockdown​ #WhiteTigerSafari​ सफेद बाघ को महाराजा मार्तंड सिंह ने 27 मई, 1951 को सीधी जिले के बरगाड़ी के लिए-एस्ट एरिया से पकड़ा था और बाद में जानवर को रीवा के गोविंदगढ़ पैलेस लाया गया था, जहाँ से वह अगले दिन भाग निकला, रीवा से 27 किमी दूर।  दो दशकों तक इस क्षेत्र में रहा और इसकी संतानें धीरे-धीरे दुनिया के अन्य हिस्सों में फैल गईं ! When I Enrolled in  Vipassana Meditation  on the first day, in  2009 , this  Meditation  method was for Ten days, it would have to be at the  Center  for ten days to learn it, it was told, and not to  Talk  to anyone at the center or at Home.I have to stay  Silence  for the whole Ten days, it felt strange to hear how sad this is, I had to stay the same for ten days, meditated as told, after the end of the camp I felt a new  Energy  in me. It felt like a new life had just started, one of the biggest truths of my life was that after coming from there, I did not pay any  Attention  to this  Spiritual  Practice, then I  Joined  the camp again in  2013  after three years. I spent two years at this meditation center, continuously I practiced it in my life and found out the truth about  Myself , Today I have come to the  Art of Living Life  ! Vipassana ...
